End User License Agreement

Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and jachin.dev for the use of software applications ("Applications") made available through jachin.dev.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Applications, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, jachin.dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download, install, and use the Applications on devices you own or control
  • Use the Applications for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless a commercial license is purchased)

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Applications except as expressly permitted
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Applications
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Applications
  • Use the Applications for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Applications

Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Applications. These updates may be required for continued use and are subject to this EULA.

Open Source Components

Some Applications may include open source software components. These components are subject to their respective open source licenses, which take precedence over this EULA for those specific components.

Data Collection

Our Applications may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Applications, you consent to such data collection.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL JACHIN.DEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATIONS.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Applications and destroy all copies.

Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
