Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using jachin.dev and associated applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

Use of Services

Permitted Use

You may use our Services for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Services without permission

User Content

When you submit content through our Services (such as suggestions or contact messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.

SoloLith

SoloLith is a subscription-based freelance business management application. By creating an account and using SoloLith, you agree to the following additional terms:

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at jachin_dev@jachin.dev if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Financial Data

SoloLith may connect to your bank accounts via Plaid to sync transaction data. You authorize SoloLith to access your transaction history solely for the purpose of providing bookkeeping and expense tracking features within your account. You may disconnect your bank accounts at any time from Settings.

Subscription and Billing

SoloLith offers Free and Pro plans. Pro plan billing is processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Data and Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and deletion.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SoloLith only for lawful business purposes. You may not use SoloLith to process transactions or manage finances on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent.

Applications

Downloads

Applications available through our Services may be subject to additional terms, including our End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using our applications, you agree to those additional terms.

Updates

We may release updates to our applications. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, we are not obligated to support older versions of our applications.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by jachin.dev and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jachin.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
